Personal Party/Event Planning Services
We are proud to offer a wide range of planning services. Here is a list of our most popular options. We do offer customized packages as well so if you don't see what you are looking for please reach out to create your own planning package.
All Inclusive Party Package -- With this option all you have to do is give us your theme, budget, and guest list information. We will stay in touch with you for your final approval on important aspects such as the venue, menu and time to arrive. We will do all of the research, obtaining vendor contracts, payments, obtaining any required permits, send out the invitations, decorations as well as the set up for the party. We will remain on site for the party if there are additional vendors (caterers, photographers, etc.) on site to be able to be their on site contact and make sure everything runs smoothly. If the party does not require additional vendors we will remain on site if requested.
Traditional Party Package -- With this option you will select and book all of your other vendors as well as obtain any permits needed. We will be happy to go to vendor meetings with you or be their primary contact after you sign the contracts if you would like to step back from the planning after that is done. Otherwise all you have to do is give us your theme, guestlist information and budge and we will do the rest. This includes sending out invitations, obtaining all of the decorations and necessary party supplies, coordinating setup and arrival times. On the day of the party we will arrive early and do all of the set up for the party so you can just come and enjoy your time. We will remain on site for the party if there are additional vendors (caterers, photographers, etc.) on site to be able to be their on site contact and make sure everything runs smoothly. If the party does not require additional vendors we will remain on site if requested.
Essentials Only Party Package -- With this option you give us your desired theme, headcount and budget and we will take care of obtaining all of the necessary party supplies and decorations. On the day of the party we will arrive early and do all of the set up for the party so you can just come and enjoy your time. We will remain on site for the party if there are additional vendors (caterers, photographers, etc.) on site to be able to be their on site contact and make sure everything runs smoothly. If the party does not require additional vendors we will remain on site if requested.
Day of services only -- This option is great for anyone who enjoys doing the bulk of the planning and choosing all of their own supplies but either does not have the time or want to actually set it all up. With this package we will either coordinate with you a date and time prior to the party or the day of (which ever you prefer) to get the supplies you have and discuss your vision for the party. We will then set everything up for you. We can remain on site for the duration of the party if you would like as well.
Add on Cleanup services -- Breakdown and cleanup after the event can be added on to any of our packages.
